Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-08-19 Hey, welcome to Magic Field! These Terms of Service ("Terms") lay out how you can use our game, website, and everything else we offer (the "Service"). Magic Field ("us", "we", or "our") runs all this. When you use the Service, you're agreeing to follow these Terms. If that doesn't work for you, just don't use it.
Use of Service
We're giving you permission to play Magic Field for yourself, not for business or anything commercial. That said, when you use the Service, you need to stick to these rules:
Lawful Use
Don't break any laws or do anything sketchy while you're using the Service. We're talking illegal stuff, scams, or anything unauthorized.
Account Responsibility
If you need an account to play, you're the one keeping your login info safe. Anything that happens on your account is on you. Let us know right away if someone else gets in or something feels off with security.
User Conduct
Keep things respectful when you're playing with others. Don't harass, threaten, or mess with anyone. Don't pretend to be someone you're not, and don't try to wreck the servers or mess up how the game runs.
User Content
Whatever you post or send through the Service has to follow our Content Guidelines and can't steal anyone else's rights or intellectual property. When you share something with us, you're basically letting us use it, modify it, and share it however we need to—no payment required, no time limit, and we can do it forever.
Prohibited Use
Don't try to reverse-engineer the game, take it apart, or hack into the systems running it. Trying to break into anything connected to the Service is off limits.
Intellectual Property
Everything you see in the Service—text, images, logos, sounds, code—belongs to Magic Field or whoever licensed it to us. It's all protected by copyright.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service comes as-is. We're not making any promises about how it'll work. Could have bugs, could go down, could have security issues—we're not guaranteeing anything.
Limitation of Liability
We're not responsible for any damage you suffer from using the Service, whether that's indirect, accidental, or anything else. Same goes for our team and partners.
Governing Law
These Terms follow the laws of Canada and the United States. How those laws work together doesn't matter—we're just picking one set of rules to follow.
Changes to Terms
We might change these Terms whenever we want. If it's a big change, we'll give you at least 30 days to see the new version before it kicks in. We decide what counts as a big change.
